In order for our schools to continue to invest the time, money and emotional collateral needed to change their systems of education to the personalized learning experience our parents and state want for their students, we need to move away from placing all accountability and quality measures from the traditional model of content measures to a more well-rounded model of dispositions as well as social emotional skills. Where is that possible and who will be the first to develop and scale it?
